We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner who will play a critical role in maximizing plant efficiency through proactive, reliability-based maintenance planning. In this role, you’ll partner with talented maintenance experts, collaborate across departments, and ensure our operation runs like a well-oiled machine.

Shift: 6am-3pm/ 7am-4pm

Schedule: M-F

Compensation: $31-$38 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance Planner, you’ll be the go-to expert for organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance activities. You will:

  • Lead the charge in creating a strong culture of safety first
  • Build and manage effective preventive & predictive maintenance programs
  • Develop maintenance schedules and ensure resources, tools, and materials are ready
  • Improve uptime by reducing delays and coordinating with production
  • Maintain accurate records, SOPs, equipment manuals, and CMMS workflows
  • Strengthen vendor relationships and support smart purchasing decisions
  • Facilitate work order prioritization, PM audits, root-cause meetings, and team training
  • Support cost control, data reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of maintenance or technical experience (or equivalent education)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge across a wide range of equipment
  • Experience with CMMS (MAPCON is a bonus!)
  • Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
  • Excellent computer, communication, and organization skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and inspire teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and efficiency
Physical Requirements

You’ll need to be comfortable working in a plant environment—heat, cold, dust, noise, heights, confined spaces, and lifting up to 55 lbs. Agility, dexterity, and safe equipment use are essential.
