CpK Interior Products Inc. in Canada seeks a Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright to support our manufacturing operations.

You will repair and adjust production equipment, troubleshoot, and ensure safe, efficient operation with minimal downtime. Must hold an Ontario Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright, have Grade 12 or equivalent, read blueprints, and possess four years of related experience.

• Follow safety procedures and comply with all related safety and security regulations.
• Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with established housekeeping standards.
• Repairs machinery and equipment as required.
• Adjust production machinery and equipment to provide safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose potential mechanical problems and breakdowns.
• Completion of assigned PMs by scheduled date.
• Keep production equipment in good working condition.
• Keep machine downtime to a minimum.

Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright is responsible for repairing and adjusting machinery and equipment as required to provide safe and efficient operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

• Follow safety procedures and comply with all related safety and security regulations. Take action to correct unsafe work habits. Operate equipment safely. Report and/or correct unsafe work conditions as appropriate.
• Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with established housekeeping standards.
• Repairs machinery and equipment as required.
• Adjust production machinery and equipment to provide safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose potential mechanical problems and breakdowns.
• Completion of assigned PMs by scheduled date.
• Keep production equipment in good working condition.
• Keep machine downtime to a minimum.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge/Skill/Experience)

• Ontario Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright.
• Grade 12 or equivalent technical training.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Four year's related experience.
