Job Summary
Windsor Salt Ltd. is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our Ojibway Mine location. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all surface maintenance and underground maintenance activities at the Ojibway Salt Mine. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of mobile equipment, fixed plant, electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with the Operations, Engineering, and Health & Safety teams to maximize equipment availability, support production targets, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The expected annual compensation for this position is $128,350 - $173,650. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skillset, or location.
