TG Minto Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance teams at Palmerston and Stratford, Ontario. The role focuses on planning, directing and optimizing preventive maintenance, shutdowns, and repairs to ensure safe, reliable production.
You will supervise technicians, manage budgets, ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Overall responsibility for all aspects of the Maintenance department for both the Palmerston and Stratford locations. As a Manager at TG Minto Corporation you are expected to carry out your assigned responsibilities in a professional manner. These responsibilities are designed to ensure that a high level of productivity is maintained in a SAFE and economical way. Your superior planning and use of manpower and equipment has a direct bearing on the cost of production and therefore the final price of our products.
You are responsible for providing a SAFE workplace for your team members. It is your responsibility to know and understand the regulations that directly relate to your assigned responsibilities. You must also ensure that your team members know and understand the regulations that directly relate to their assigned duties and the workplace.
Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and recommending corrective action for employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Keep the General Manager informed of all activities within your department.
