The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance operations of The Berkeley properties, ensuring high standards of building integrity, safety, cleanliness, and compliance. This role provides leadership and direction to the maintenance team, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manages vendor relationships, and ensures that all work is completed efficiently, professionally, and cost-effectively. This position will have a regularly scheduled week, understanding that there is an on-call rotation for after hours.
