Job summary

Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd is seeking Maintenance Service Persons - Heavy Equipment to join our Poplar Creek team in Alberta. You will perform preventative maintenance on a diverse fleet of heavy equipment in outdoor conditions, prioritizing safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, a valid Class 1 or 3 license, and readiness to work a 14/14 rotation of 12-hour days and nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience around heavy duty equipment.
• Valid Class 1 or 3 license with air.
• Clean 3-year driver’s abstract.
• CSO / BSO / CSTS-09 / OSSA Regional certification.
• Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED.
• H2S Alive certification.
• Valid safety training tickets.
• CSA approved safety boots (minimum 6" high & fully laceable).
• Alcohol and drug screening clearance.
• Comprehensive fitness-to-work assessment.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 14/14 rotation, 12-hour shifts (days and nights).
• Preparedness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
