Job summary

Grain Millers in Yorkton, Saskatchewan is seeking a permanent full-time Journeyperson Millwright to perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment. This shift position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Daily maintenance of plant equipment, troubleshooting, and following technical manuals are core duties. Welding experience is required to support fabrication and repairs on site.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Journeyman/Journeywoman Millwright/Apprentice ticket.
• Previous welding experience is required.

We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Journeyperson Millwright in Yorkton. This is a shift position with a fixed schedule. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

This position is responsible for the completion of thorough high-quality installations, repair, and maintenance of various equipment on site. Duties include routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Includes Daily maintenance of the plant equipment. Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions. Operate machine tools to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up of machineries. Review and follow highly technical and complex machinery manuals and other duties as required from time to time.
