  • Clean and maintain waste collection areas, bin storage zones, and surrounding hallways to ensure cleanliness and safety for residents and staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness of exterior property areas, including walkways, parking lots, and grounds, with a strong focus on debris and waste removal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mechanical rooms.
  • Assist with suite turnovers, including cleaning and preparing units for new residents.

  • Help coordinate access for contractors and service providers.
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor with residents and visitors.
  • Wear the proper uniform at all times and maintain a clean, professional appearance while on duty.
  • Support a safe, welcoming, and respectful community environment.
