A leading food production company in Toronto seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to enhance equipment reliability and oversee maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, has 3-5 years of experience in reliability, preferably in the food sector, and is familiar with CMMS software. This role involves analyzing equipment issues and contributing to the site's Proactive Maintenance maturity efforts. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential for success in this position.

Agropur is looking for a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join is Don Mills team.
In collaboration with the management team, the Maintenance and Reliability Engineer ensures the site's progress in Maintenance & Reliability. He focuses on improving equipment reliability by analyzing equipment failures and site practices. He is responsible for assessing the quality, robustness and capability of asset reliability processes. Provides support and advice on production equipment modifications. Reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability, availability and robustness. He analyzes reliability problems and conducts investigations to determine the approach to reliability required in a given situation, taking into account cost limits for equipment uptime and downtime, repair and replacement costs, and availability of materials and equipment. His main role is to participate in the evolution of the site's Proactive Maintenance maturity. He is also responsible for helping to ensure a safe working environment and supporting the maintenance of quality and food safety requirements.
