Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Maintenance Aide is responsible for the general maintenance of YOU service sites including 333 Richmond, Cornerstone, the YOU Youth Shelter, Joan’s Place, apartment rentals, and new addition buildings in a responsive and professional manner. The incumbent is tasked with unit rentals and the general upkeep of the facilities. This individual is responsible for responding to tenant inquiries/emergencies and conducting inspections to verify the safety and condition of all aspects of the interior and exterior of the buildings. The incumbent will supervise and coordinate maintenance service and repairs pertaining to YOU service sites and equipment. Other duties will be assigned as necessary candidates possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and hold values that support our corporate vision of being “A community where youth are embraced and will thrive”.
