Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a maintenance-focused team member to help keep our restaurants safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll troubleshoot issues, tend to store areas and appliances, and perform repairs during day or night shifts, ensuring priorities are managed with minimal supervision.

You should be mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and aware of safety regulations to protect guests and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging your knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
• Multi-tasking in between troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances during your shift, and repairing decor and equipment, whether its during the day or throughout the night.
• Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.
