Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Burlington is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our franchisee-owned restaurant team. You will assist with maintenance tasks, keep fryers clean, and support opening and closing duties to ensure a safe, presentable operation.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16-$19, paid sick leave, free employee meals, scholarships, vacation, and opportunities for advancement. This position is on-site at a franchise location with employee-focused benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and light repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash containers.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

• Opening Shifts – Getting the restaurants open for business! Shifts run 4:30am-1pm or 6am-2pm
• Closing Shifts – Taking care of our late night and cleaning the restaurant for the next day!
