A leading financial institution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join its team as a Mail Clerk I to support document storage and digitization processes in Woodstock, Ontario. This is a full-time contract position for approximately 4.5 months.
As a Document Storage Analyst, you will be accountable for the accurate and efficient execution of document filing and digitization processes in a dynamic environment. You are a professional with a keen eye for detail and are comfortable working independently. You will utilize hardware such as photocopiers and scanners and have basic computer skills to manage the retrieval and storage of physical and digital documents.
Contract Duration : October 14, 2025, to February 27, 2026 (Approximately 137 days)
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No overtime or weekends required)
Work Location : Onsite at two branch locations in Woodstock, ON (417 Norwich Ave & 539 Dundas Street). The role requires travel between these two locations.
