Salary: Starting from $55,000 based on experience, training and skills.

As a Machinist - Level 3 at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality components. You will ensure that production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

As a Machinist - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you’ll work out of our Slemon Park, PEI location.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine machining operations and specifications.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
  • Perform repairs on fuel control components.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a machinist
  • 5+ years experience with CNC machines and programming.
  • 5+ years experience using precision measuring instruments (such as vernier, thread gauge, etc.) to ensure quality standards.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
