Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Machine Operator to run various production machines, supporting daily goals in a fast-paced plant in Alberta. You will be trained to advance through five levels with pay increases and potential weekend/overtime opportunities. Entry-level rate starts at $18.75/hr with premiums for graveyard/evening shifts.

Safety is emphasized with PPE, 5S practices, and quality checks. This role includes data recording, material coordination, and collaboration with multiple

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Able to follow safety procedures and work with precision.
Good communication, organization, and time management.
Ability to read measurements and use a calculator.
Willingness to learn and operate new equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery across lamination, cutting, fabrication and molding.
Receive and review work orders.
Communicate the required amount of material to other departments.
Monitor machine operation for safety and quality.
Record data for quality control and improvements.
Assist with end-of-line packing and other duties.
Perform 5S/housekeeping tasks as required.
