Candidate must be comfortable with shift work. This will consist of 4 weeks on day shifts and 4 weeks on nights.

Under the supervision of the Needle Loom Team Leader, the position performs a variety of needle loom functions. These major duties include but are not limited to: transporting raw materials throughout the warehouse, setting up looms or other processing machines, reading operating instructions and preparing loom pattern mechanisms, operating looms to needle punch fiber into textile fabrics or products, repairing minor mechanical problems such as broken or defective needles and completing major cleans on the machinery.
