Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is hiring for a Machine Monitoring Center operator in Regina, SK. The role focuses on monitoring machine activity, analyzing data, and advising service and customers on the best actions to take.

You will communicate findings clearly, provide fleet health insights, and work with Brandt teams to support telematics systems and KPI targets. Travel may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong background in computer applications and analytics.
• Knowledge of the heavy equipment & dealership service departments.
• Ability to filter and correlate data sources to create accurate recommendations.
• Knowledge of machine application, design, functionality and enviromental impact on performance.
• Understand inspection processes and lifecycle planning.
• Bilingual is an asset but not required.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts from machines through various software platforms.
• Investigate machine activity and recommend actions.
• Communicate actions to Service Departments or customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Follow up on recommendations to ensure resolution and identify learning opportunities.
• Provide health fleet reports to convey value.
• Communicate with customers, Brandt service, sales and support staff.
• Support telematics and monitoring systems for customers and Brandt.
• Meet MMS KPI’s for the Machine Monitoring Center.
• Be proficient in all Brandt technology platforms.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Monitor alerts received from machines through various software platforms
• Investigate and research machine activity and provide recommendation of action
• Effectively communicate the appropriate actions to the Service Departments or customers via telephone, e-mail or ticketing system
• Follow up on previous recommendation to ensure problem resolution and identify learning opportunities
• Provide health fleet reports to convey value provided.
• Communicate effectively to customers, Brandt service, sales and support staff.
• Understand and support telematics and monitoring systems for our customers and Brandt.
• Meet MMS KPI’s for the Machine Monitoring Center
• Be proficient in all technology platforms under the Brandt umbrella
• Other duties may be assigned
