A leading insurance firm is seeking a Machine Learning Specialist to join its Data and Analytics team. This full-time role involves developing and deploying ML solutions to enhance business processes. Candidates should have an advanced degree, at least 2 years of experience in data management, and proficiency in deploying ML models. The position is hybrid, allowing both in-office and remote work.

Position Title: Machine Learning Specialist
Reports To: Director, Data Science
Department: Individual Data Analytics
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.
