About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong experience in domain migration projects and Microsoft 365. This role combines business analysis expertise with hands‑on technical involvement, ensuring successful planning and execution of a large‑scale domain migration initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and requirements for the domain migration project.
  • Document current‑state and future‑state architecture, including dependencies and risks.
  • Develop and maintain migration plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Perform hands‑on technical work to support migration activities and troubleshoot issues during execution.
  • Coordinate and validate testing and cutover activities to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in domain migration projects (Active Directory, Azure AD).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Ability to perform technical tasks in support of migration activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for migration support.
  • Experience with hybrid environments (on‑prem AD + Azure AD).
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, ITIL, or CBAP.
