Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in M&E scopes.
• Experience in construction & commissioning in the General Contractor’s role.
• Design-Build experience on complex healthcare projects would be a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan M&E components of healthcare projects and provide scheduling input.
• Supervise, coordinate, and troubleshoot M&E activities onsite.
• Manage mechanical & electrical contracts and sub trades.
• Conduct regular inspections of M&E scopes of work.
