Job summary

Fawkes & Reece West seeks an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee refurbishment works on a hotel and spa complex in Windsor. You will manage M&E teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

The role requires strong M&E knowledge, solid refurbishment experience in complex occupied environments, and excellent stakeholder management. A live project environment offers challenging, long-term work with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager in construction or building services.
• Experience delivering M&E refurbishment projects in hotels/leisure environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience coordinating multiple M&E trades and subcontractors.
• Excellent programme management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of M&E refurbishment works.
• Coordinate M&E subcontractors, engineers, site teams and suppliers.
• Ensure works align with programme, specs and project requirements.
• Coordinate M&E with wider construction/refurbishment programme.
• Monitor progress, productivity and quality across the project.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with client, consultants and contractors.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and delays.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
• Monitor costs and assist with commercial management.
• Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and technical info.
• Ensure commissioning, testing and handover procedures are completed.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide progress updates.
