Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as directed by the Store Manager.
• Develop knowledge of merchandise and communicate features to customers.
• Merchandise products per company guidelines and maintain proper displays.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment and ensure accurate ticketing.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Assist the store with additional tasks as required.
