A leading global watch manufacturer in Calgary is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate. In this role, you will achieve sales targets while serving as a Brand Ambassador for luxury timepieces. Candidates must have at least 3 years of retail sales experience, particularly in luxury environments, and demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work weekends are essential.

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as an Omega Brand Ambassador while demonstrating key attributes essential to success in luxury retail: Client Centricity, Brand Passion, Professional Excellence, Adaptability, and Collaborative Spirit.
Work is performed with moderate physical effort and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the role requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
