Job description

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as an Omega Brand Ambassador while demonstrating key attributes essential to success in luxury retail: Client Centricity, Brand Passion, Professional Excellence, Adaptability, and Collaborative Spirit.

Responsibilities include:
  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients and resolving issues with a positive, professional attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and a passion for luxury timepieces.
  • Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operational policies and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the boutique's visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the boutique environment.
  • Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
Working Conditions

Work is performed with moderate physical effort and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the role requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

Employment Status

Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
