Job summary

SMCP in Montreal is seeking a Retail Keyholder for Maje at Royalmount to support the store leadership, deliver an exceptional client experience, and help drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You’ll assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and KPI tracking; build a loyal client book; mentor new hires; ensure visual merchandising and stock accuracy; provide styling advice and personalized service; and represent the Parisian luxury vibe of Sandro/Maje with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience, supervisory preferred.
• Enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service in luxury retail.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about fashion trends.
• Excellent communication skills, friendly and persuasive.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, opening/closing, and KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personal recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book, fostering relationships and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through outstanding service and brand values.
• Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high store standards and visual merchandising.
• Oversee stock replenishment and support new hires.
• Motivate the team to meet sales goals and growth.
