Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; prior Bellperson/Porter experience is an asset.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized service to all guests.
• Foster strong relationships with guests by delivering attentive service.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Central Services.
