Job summary

RH is seeking a Curating Associate with a passion for design and home furnishings. This role is ideal for those with a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury.

RH will require you to work with Gallery Leadership to elevate client experience, drive sales, and maintain visual standards across the space. Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Apps is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, prioritize and solve problems across teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Gallery Leadership Team, Curators and partners to execute creative vision and drive sales.
• Drive results through team engagement and accountability.
• Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets while upholding visual integrity of the Gallery.
• Train and mentor the Gallery team on floor sets, signage, graphics and gallery maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining inventory integrity.
• Read and audit planograms and visual maps; offer creative input on directives.
• Learn and communicate RH design ethos and product care.
