Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• Passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and sustainability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and retail technology platforms.
• Eager to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a retail career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated client experience from greeting through follow-up.
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Educate clients on product details, fit, styling, and designer features.
• Support a seamless, elevated experience from greeting to purchase.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful outreach.
• Achieve sales and contribute to store performance while collaborating with teammates.
• Maintain polished displays and luxury presentation standards.
• Support merchandising, restocking, and daily operations.
