Job summary

Clarion Medical Technologies is seeking a LUVO Brand Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives across Canada and beyond.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, distributors, and external partners to drive campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in brand management or marketing.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or medical devices is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles.
  • Proven success with integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Experience with distributors and international markets is a plus.

  • Own and evolve LUVO brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across global markets.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the LUVO Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping and growing the LUVO brand across Canada and global markets. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, distributors, and external partners to bring innovative marketing strategies and product launches to life. From developing compelling campaigns and creating impactful customer experiences to strengthening brand awareness and market presence, you'll help drive the continued growth of a dynamic and evolving brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, creative marketer who enjoys collaborating with others, taking ownership, and turning ideas into results.

The successful applicant will:

  • Own and evolve LUVO's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across global markets.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales, revenue, and product portfolio performance to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Sales and distribution partners to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, advertising, PR, events, and KOL programs.
  • Manage new product launches, including positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch execution.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, project timelines, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, sales tools, training materials, website content, and digital assets.
  • Maintain consistency in brand storytelling, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, distributors, and external partners to deliver marketing programs.
  • Support educational events, webinars, conferences, and sales training initiatives.
  • Serve as a brand and product expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs, measure marketing effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Present performance insights and marketing recommendations to senior leadership.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, health & beauty, healthcare, or medical devices is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Experience working with distributors, sales-driven organizations, and international markets is considered an asset.
  • Strong brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM, digital marketing, content management, and marketing automation tools is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
