Durham District School Board is seeking Lunchroom Supervisors to supervise students during lunch hours under the Principal’s direction. This casual, school-based role involves daily or on-call supervision, equipment setup, and maintaining a safe lunchroom environment from September to June.
Applicants should have experience with children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to inclusivity. Must reside within reasonable distance to the school and be 16+ with legal eligibility to work in
Lunchroom Supervisors work under the direction of the Principal of the school to which they have been appointed. Lunchroom Supervisors shall be responsible for supervising students who remain on the school grounds over the lunch hour recess. The Principal shall determine the time period during which the lunchroom supervisor will be employed.
