A local school board in Barrie, Ontario, is seeking an Office Support for the lunch hour. The selected candidate will maintain office workflow, provide support to students and staff, and manage enquiries. Ideal candidates have a Secondary School Diploma, effective communication, and teamwork skills. Relevant experience and First Aid Certification are assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing office support services during the lunch hour within a school setting in order to ensure a positive and safe environment for all students, staff and members of the public. Duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining the lunch hour workflow of the office, answering and/or directing enquiries as per board/school policy.
This position will work 1 hour per day at St. Bernadette Catholic School and 1 hour per day at St. Nicholas Catholic School.
