A leading athletic apparel company in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This role entails budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting while working closely with senior leadership to enhance decision-making. Candidates should have over 5 years of finance experience, ideally in retail, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $81,500 to $122,300 annually and various benefits including health plans and employee discounts. Work is performed in-person, with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for execution of financial planning and analysis activities. As a key strategic partner, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting and analysis of operating costs. You will effectively communicate results to senior leaders to enhance and enable decision making. Furthermore, you will proactively partner with the business to understand the link between operational and financial results, provide business insights and be a key financial and strategic partner.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$122,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
