A leading apparel company in Metro Vancouver is seeking an experienced Planning professional to support global merchandise strategies. The ideal candidate will partner with Merchants and analyze business trends to drive profitable growth. Required qualifications include a degree in Commerce or Business Administration, 4-6 years of planning experience, and strong Excel skills. The Global Merchandise Planning team is responsible for building global capabilities to unlock product strategies, enable scale and drive brand consistency. They work closely with Merchandising to understand new product trends and Regional partners to ensure forward looking plans reflect current business and future vision. The Global Merchandise Planning team monitors the business on monthly and quarterly basis, understanding changes in trend and reacting to the business to maximize sales and mitigate risk. The priority is to understand and protect the guest experience, followed by delivering profitable sales growth.
Partner with Merchant on key go‑to‑market deliverables to build and execute seasonal plans, at class, product bucket and masterstyle levels. Quantify style unit projections for global line plans, capturing anticipated demand from the regions and merchant vision, in line with global purchase unit targets. Partner with in‑Market teams to dissect and analyse current business to understand forward opportunities. Build and maintain rolling 24‑month forecasts on Raw Material needs, partnering with Supply Planning to strategically scale and decline capacity where needed. Iterate on tools, best practice and ways of working, building off the foundations of the relatively newly formed Global team.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $ 96,800-$127,100 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: Hybrid. In‑person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
