Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid DZ license is required
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Proven mechanical ability or experience in transportation or industrial settings
  • Tire repair experience; licensed or certified in Tire, Wheel, and Rims is an asset
  • Willingness to pursue a 310T apprenticeship
  • Own a basic set of tools or willingness to acquire them
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and technical aptitude
  • Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours or shifts
Day in The Life

As a member of our team, your day will involve performing preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are safe and operational. You will assist with shop maintenance tasks, keep work areas organized, and complete service documentation daily to maintain accurate records. In addition to these core responsibilities, you may be asked to take on other tasks as needed to support the team. This role requires hands‑on mechanical work, collaboration with colleagues, and the flexibility to handle new challenges while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
