A leading educational institution in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Long Term Occasional Educational Assistant (EA Level D) to support students in after school programs. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and experience in behavior management. The role involves working with special needs children, necessitating the ability to manage classroom behavior, and participation in ongoing training. This position offers a supportive and equity-focused work environment.
This posting is open to WRDSB employees who are members of the EA Association as well as external applicants. Staff already in an LTO are not eligible to apply to this posting if it will conflict with their current LTO. All Long Term Occasional assignments are subject to a revised end date with 2‑weeks notice.
