Job summary

Park Place Seniors Living Inc. is seeking an LPN Team Leader to support the well-being of residents through high-quality nursing care and collaborative leadership.

You will perform basic assessments, deliver treatments, administer medications, and delegate health services while guiding care staff in a multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate is a licensed LPN in good standing, holds a current CPR certificate, and can communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with CLPNA in good standing.
• Valid CPR certificate.
• Clear criminal record with Vulnerable Sector check (not older than 6 months).
• Physically fit for lifting and standing for long periods.
• Nursing uniform appropriate attire.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Position Summary:

The LPN Team Leader is responsible of ensuring the general well being of Residents through the delivery of high-quality services in a manner that is consistent with the policies, procedures and philosophies of Park Place Seniors Living Inc. The LPN Team Leader will provide basic assessment and treatments, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services to the Residents, as well as providing support and give direction to the Care Staff. The LPN Team Leader will at all times demonstrate support of Park Place policies and procedures and conduct themselves in a professional manner in all situations.

Qualifications:

• LPN registered with C.L.P.N.A. in good standing
• Valid C.P.R. certificate
• Clear criminal record security clearance with Vulnerable Sector included (no more than 6 months old)
• Must be physically fit to perform lifting and transferring and able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Appropriately dressed – nursing uniform
• Effective written and oral communication skills in the English language
• Must be able to work independently, and as part of the interdisciplinary team
