Bayshore HealthCare Ltd. is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for cadet clinic coverage in Canada. The role involves providing primary and emergency nursing care to cadets, with shift options of 8 or 12 hours and a pay rate of $45+ per hour.
RPNs will perform assessments, treatments, and patient education in a busy primary/ambulatory setting. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a nursing diploma or higher, and complete the PRC/VSS process due to work with youth.
Full & Part-time hours.
Pay Rate $45+/hr
Rations and Quarters may be available if required.

EXPERIENCE:
All RPNs must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting patient assessment and direct nursing care of a broad range of diseases for both adult and child population in a primary care or ambulatory care setting. This must be included/exampled in your resume.
Duties And Responsibilities:
RPNs provide primary health care and emergency health care services to Cadets and Cadet Instructor Cadre on a walk-in and appointment basis at Cadet Training Centre Clinics. Emergency health care will be provided until care is provided by or through an external civilian health care facility. The patient care includes the provision of services to patients on a walk-in and appointment basis. The HCP must be available for either 8- or 12-hour shifts as per clinic schedule
Additionally:
Must successfully complete the Police Records Check (PRC)/Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) process. This document is mandatory and necessary as you will be working with youth.
Diploma or better.
