• At least 1 year’s experience in working with seniors.

• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' conditions and provide skilled care.
• Contribute to patient care and safety in a long-term care setting.
