Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Home Health team at Dr. Helmcken Memorial Hospital in Clearwater, BC.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
• Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Valid BC Driver’s License.
• Experience in mental health and substance use is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, plans, implements and provides personal and nursing care to clients (wound care, IV, catheter care, pleurex drains).
• Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular) per policies and procedures.
• Operate within BCCNM standards and organizational policies and unit protocols.
