Golden Life Management is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time, on-site role in Cranbrook, BC. You will provide resident-focused nursing care, implement and evaluate care plans, and administer medications in accordance with standards. Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
• Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, resident-focused nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards and Village policy.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the RN and care team.
• Support and mentor care staff while fostering teamwork and respect.
• Document care and maintain accurate, timely records.
• Participate in safety initiatives, staff education, and quality improvement efforts.
