Job summary

A progressive Indigenous health organization located in British Columbia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a healthcare team to provide client-centered care. Applicants must have relevant experience, be registered with the BCCNM, and demonstrate the ability to provide culturally safe care. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office. Work is mainly office-based with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Three years of recent experience in a community or acute care setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Class 5Driver’s license and acceptable abstract.

Responsibilities

• Follow client and family-centered care model.
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses in direct care.
• Maintain confidentiality and work within Tla’amin policies.
