Qualifications

• Experience completing a residential construction project for townhomes or single-family homes.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage site activities within the scope of the Site Super.
• Attend meetings, track progress, and document milestones.
• Support delivery approaches, project plans, timeframes, and budgets.
• Assist in conflict resolution across the organization.
• Utilize project management tools to prioritize requirements.
• Communicate information to stakeholders at critical points.
• Document changes/revisions and related issues.
