Job summary

Titanium Ford, part of the Steve Marshall Group, seeks a capable Lot Manager to supervise daily lot operations, maintain inventory presentation, and lead Lot Attendants/Porters. The role focuses on organization, leadership, and delivering a great customer experience on the dealership lot.

The candidate will ensure vehicles are properly displayed, fueled, clean, and ready for online listings, test drives, and service appointments, while coordinating movements with Sales, Service, and Detailing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional vehicle presentation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked, organized, and displayed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly lot environment.
• Supervise Lot Attendants/Porters, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and photo-ready for online listings and customer presentations.
• Coordinate vehicle movement for test drives, deliveries, and service appointments.
• Manage key control and ensure proper vehicle security measures are followed.
• Conduct regular lot audits to confirm accurate inventory and proper vehicle placement.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon arrival from manufacturers or trade-ins.
• Support Sales Managers with vehicle preparation for promotions, events, and sales displays.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Detailing teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
