Mark Motors Group is seeking a Lot Attendant to manage vehicle flow, keep the lot organized, and support overall showroom appearance. The role involves valeting, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring vehicles are fueled and ready for customers and test drives.

Ideal candidates will have a valid G license, attention to detail, and strong organizational and customer service skills. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday with standard dealership hours.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Organization & Lot Management: Maintain organization and vehicle flow across the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are aligned, properly staged, and parked in designated locations.
• Customer Service & Valet Support: Provide valet transportation for clients to and from the dealership with professional, customer-focused service.
• Fueling & Vehicle Readiness: Ensure dealership vehicles are fueled and ready for test drives, deliveries, and appointments.
• General Dealership Support: Assist with administrative documentation and everyday tasks as directed by the Manager.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Organization & Lot Management

Maintain organization and vehicle flow across the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are aligned, properly staged, and parked in designated locations according to dealership standards.

Customer Service & Valet Support

Provide valet transportation for clients to and from the dealership as needed, delivering professional, customer‑focused service at all times.

Support the Sales and Finance teams by picking up, delivering, and assisting with administrative documentation, dealership materials, and internal paperwork as required.

Fueling & Vehicle Readiness

Ensure all dealership vehicles are adequately fueled, and refuel vehicles as needed to maintain readiness for test drives, deliveries, and customer appointments.

General Dealership Support

Perform additional tasks and operational duties assigned by the Manager, supporting overall dealership efficiency and daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Valid G drivers license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
