The Loss Prevention (LP) Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of area Loss Prevention personnel and programs. This role ensures the Area Loss Prevention plan is executed effectively, and that team members are trained, professional, and capable of delivering security programs in stores. The Supervisor monitors inventory loss and crime trends, ensures department and store shrink objectives are met, oversees investigations, and ensures appropriate incident response at area locations.

This is a full‑time position that requires the candidate to be available to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
This position requires a valid class 5 driver’s license as some travel will be required at times.
