Job summary

A municipal government organization in Ontario is seeking an individual for a temporary full-time position managing shift scheduling for long-term care employees. Experience in the health care sector and familiarity with collective agreements is preferred. This role offers a wage rate of $25.44 - $27.93 per hour.

Qualifications

• Completion of related certificate or diploma or 12 months equivalent experience.
• Experience with scheduling, long-term care, or health care is preferred.
• Familiarity with Collective Agreements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete filling of shifts for approximately 400 employees.
• Monitor short call-in box/calls and action shift filling.
• Process shift changes and mutual requests.
• Assist with payroll tracking as necessary.
