Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment; perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
• Tarps, secure, and manage safe cargo handling; transport dangerous goods.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and assist with roadside repairs if needed.
• Coordinate with central dispatch and document trip reports.
