Job summary

A transportation company in Metro Vancouver is seeking drivers to join their team. The role involves driving as part of a team, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining vehicle condition. Candidates must have a Class 1 or A driver's license and be willing to work 40 hours per week. Training is provided for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Class 1 or A driver's license.
  • Able to perform emergency roadside repairs.
  • Willing to train.

Responsibilities

  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
  • Load and unload goods.
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and equipment.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
