Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Experience delivering chemicals.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to complete paperwork and logs.
• Knowledge of Transport Canada Dangerous Goods Regulations and load securement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong integrity, responsibility, and organization.
• Good written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Available for on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with policies, customers and laws.
• Transport hazardous production chemicals across Western Canada.
• Load and unload hazardous chemicals according to safety procedures.
• Maintain courteous, professional, and safe driving on public roads.
• Record delivery information and maintain logs.
• Complete driving logs (electronic and paper).
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as required.
• Coordinate with managers, plant personnel, and office teams for route planning.
• Perform warehouse and yard duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks and work areas.
• Support safe and efficient daily transportation and chemical delivery activities.
