• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties

• Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the store
• Manage retail sales staff and assign duties
• Analyze market trends and research to determine consumer demand, sales potential, and competitor impact
• Determine the products and services to offer and establish pricing and credit policies
• Source merchandise and negotiate with vendors as needed
• Plan and manage budgets and monitor revenues
• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring and staff training
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
