Job summary

Eddyfi NDT Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage international logistics and customs compliance. You will support the logistics team, classify components for customs, analyze origin rules, and prepare certificates of origin and tariff documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in international logistics, fluent in French and English, and a meticulous, team-oriented mindset. SAP knowledge is a plus as you help maintain regulatory databases and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of College Studies (A.E.C.) or Diploma of College Studies (D.E.C.) in transportation management, logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international logistics.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of general international shipping regulations.
  • Knowledge of SAP (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous, versatile and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the logistics team to proactively resolve incidents or delays.
  • Perform customs classification of components according to established methodologies.
  • Analyze and qualify goods based on rules of origin under various trade agreements and document the analysis.
  • Prepare and validate certificates of origin and required documentation to apply tariff preferences.
  • Maintain and update product databases to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits of customs compliance processes.
  • Participate in daily operations of the logistics department, including handling international shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with Eddyfi’s quality system procedures and requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
  • Provide ongoing support to the logistics team.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

As Logistics Specialist, you must be able to
